Studio Policies

A credit card number is required to book appointments online.

Anyone under 18 years of age must have a parent or legal guardian co-sign a consent form. A parent or guardian must be present for massage services.

All packages expire 12 months from the purchase date. 

When issuing refunds of partially used packages, the refund amount will be less the difference of the full price of sessions at the time the package was purchased. (The discount per session is lost and the difference will come out of the refund.)

Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled time.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be received 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time. Failure to do so and no shows will be charged the full amount of the missed appointment.
